Co-localization of Prrp and Vg1 mRNA
A stage IV oocyte was used for in situ hybridization with a probe labeled with Alexa Fluor 488-UTP to detect Vg1 mRNA (green) and immunohistochemical detection of Prrp with antibody labeled with Alexa Fluor 568 (red). A merge of the two confocal images indicates that Prrp colocalizes with Vg1 mRNA.
